Yes. Every outgoing message is fully encrypted – including all file attachments, regardless of file type or file size. It does not matter if you send PDFs, Word documents, pictures or other formats.

Yes. The integration of S/MIME certificates for digital signatures is easily possible. The certificate management is completely taken over for you – You benefit from an automatically generated, personal proof of identity for each e-mail sent, without your own configuration effort.

For outgoing emails, strong TLS encryption is used as the standard level of security.
